About the Planner
We are proud to have Jessenia of As You Wish Event Management and Concierge as our Certified Event Planner and Manager. Jessenia is also The Picnic Fairy & Co.'s Chief Operating Officer and the South Florida Regional Manager. Jessenia works full time pursuing event planning and design; she has a great eye and passion for her work. Jessenia has experience in reading contracts and legal documents from her background as a Paralegal for thirteen years. Her communication and professionalism are unmatched! Jessenia holds a Certification in Event Management through the School of Business at Florida Atlantic University.

Full Wedding/Event Planning
Full event planning includes everything! Our planner will be by your side until the very end to provide a stress free experience.
Our services range from finding the perfect venue, contract negotiations, scheduling vendors, choosing decor, scheduling and attending tastings, RSVP management, seating charts, hotel reservations, rehearsals/final walk throughs, and so much more! We are with you through it all!
Partial Wedding/Event Planning
Partial event planning is our way of keeping you on track during your wedding planning and guiding you. We will send reminders and check in monthly. This option includes Month of Event Management.
We do not schedule, attend, or manage the vendors during the planning process. This package provides a certain number of meetings that can be used for the wedding planner to attend vendor meetings with the client.
Month of Wedding/Event Management
Do you already have your venue and vendors and took care of all the details and planning on your own? Do you just need someone to pull together the final pieces and execute your vision and plans on the final day?
We will confirm all final details with vendors, create the wedding day timeline, run the ceremony rehearsal, and coordinate the day of event operations.
Day of Event Coordinator
Is everything confirmed for your big day and you just need someone to execute your vision? Our coordinator is responsible for making sure the event day (or weekend) is executed perfectly. We will oversee vendors, manage the timeline, and tackle any last-minute challenges that may arise.
Corporate Events
Are you hosting a corporate event such as a product launch, fashion show, networking mixer, business meeting, conference or seminar? Our Certified Event Manager provides full service corporate event planning and management..
Services include venue scouting, lodging, registration, vendor negotiations and management, entertainment scouting, final walkthrough and event day management!
Destination Wedding/Event Planning
Have a dream destination where you would love your special event? We will make it happen! We curate a package to ensure everything is handled for your destination wedding or event!
