Hey there! My name is Jillian, and I am the Founder and CEO of The Picnic Fairy & Co. We are based out of beautiful Central Florida, where we call home. I've lived in Florida for 12 years now, but I'm originally from New Jersey. I am Mom to three wonderful kids, Gianna, Mikayla & Evan and my awesome Rhodesian Ridgeback, Micah who we rescued from the shelter a few years ago. I am a special needs, Mom. I have a beautiful 15yr old daughter with Prader-Willi Syndrome and I have been a stay at home Mom, since she was born.
In early 2020, at the start of the Corona Virus Pandemic, I found myself thinking of ways to help support my family financially and also find something that I was passionate about. Having a traditional job just hasn't been possible for me, with the demands of being a special needs Mom. In late 2020, I started The Picnic Fairy & Co. after realizing the importance for families and friends to continue spending time with each other and create memories, despite the challenges that CoVid presents.
I combined my love for interior design and passion for the outdoors, to come up with elegant Pop-Up Picnics set up in beautiful locations. The Picnic Fairy & Co. has given me a way to provide for my family while also being there when I'm needed most. My oldest daughter Gianna, now 20, helps me run The Picnic Fairy & Co. and my younger two help me set up our Pop-Up Picnics when they can so you just may see them at your next Picnic or Special Event. When you do business with The Picnic Fairy, you aren't just supporting a small business, or a local business, you're supporting a special needs family and we appreciate you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Welcome to The Picnic Fairy & Co! Its been three years since I set up our first picnic ever! I can't believe how time has flown and far we have come. In less than one year, we expanded to South Florida, Puerto Rico, Northern Florida and New Jersey.
In South Florida, my very talented sister, Jessenia, runs The Picnic Fairy & Co. She is the Company COO. Jessenia handles Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Jessenia is also the Founder for RSVP Events Co., an Event Management Company, whom we have partnered with to offer you even more professional services for your special events.
In New Jersey, our team is run by a few more of our very talented family members. My brother Luis, his wife Jesenia, and my niece Alyssa handle our luxury picnic experiences and proposals. My talented cousin Felicia A., now handles our Special Events as well as our Hotel Room Pop-ups. .
Northern Florida is managed by the talented Jennifer T., a fellow special needs Mom.
Puerto Rico is managed by Katherinne M., another super talented and amazing Picnic Fairy.
We have over 20k followers on Instagram to date! We have been featured in six magazine articles. We have set up hundreds of luxury picnics including an 87-guest wedding on the beach, a 52-guest prom on the beach, hundreds of wedding proposals, romantic hotel room pop-ups and so many more! We have a 5-star Google, Facebook & Groupon Ratings.

Jessenia C.
Jessenia is the South Florida Regional Manager for The Picnic Fairy & Co. She serves the Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach areas. Jessenia moved from New Jersey in 2006 and has since lived in Broward County with her son. Jessenia joined The Picnic Fairy & Co. in January 2021. Later, in April 2022, Jessenia resigned from her position of thirteen years as a full-time litigation paralegal to work full-time pursuing her interest and strengths of event decorating and planning. Jessenia now owns RSVP Events Company. Jessenia is also the Operations Manager for Protocol Pest Control. Her organization skills and time management allows her to wear many hats! Jessenia earned her Associate of Arts from Palm Beach State College in 2012, and earned her Certification in Event Management through the School of Business at Florida Atlantic University in 2022.
"I've spent so many years in an office, at a desk, always rearranging my desk, or at home always changing my decorations or moving furniture around. Its FUN to me. To try the different "setups", to get a different vibe every now and again. Then, when my sister presented me with The Picnic Fairy it was an opportunity I didn't want to turn down. Being able to design luxurious style events is my passion and I couldn't be happier to be doing it daily. I love meeting all of my clients from all parts of the WORLD! It's makes me proud to create these special moments for them. And, yes, I have shed a tear (or two) at a marriage proposal. Hello! My name is Jennifer Turak and I am the Saint Augustine Picnic Fairy! I am a former Preschool Teacher and stay at home Mom. My youngest daughter and I moved to Saint Augustine almost two years ago so that she could attend the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. We love Saint Augustine and wish we moved here years ago!!
I started working for the Picnic Fairy last year, just before Valentine's Day and I really love it so much!! I can take care of my daughter full time and bring her along to the picnics. I love decorative pillows, home decor, and use them in my picnic set ups. I also enjoy working with Jillian! She is such an amazing Mom and businesswoman. I love that we can create beautiful and special memories for people. Our clients are so happy to arrive at our picnics and enjoy time with their friends and family. We really do take care of our clients and make everyone feel special! This is how we are as parents and individuals and want to spread the love to everyone! Originally from Brazil, Katherinne has called Puerto Rico home for the past decade. Her love for this vibrant island has grown immensely, and she's truly embraced its rich culture and people.
Katherinne's role as a Manager is just one of her many amazing roles in life. She's also a proud mother to her adorable 2-year-old son, Thomas, who brings endless joy and inspiration into her world. And let's not forget Emma, her furry companion, who adds even more love and warmth to their family.
A little over a year ago, Katherinne's passion for picnics bloomed when she joined The Picnic Fairy team. As a mother, she desired the flexibility to spend quality time with her son while pursuing her innate love for event planning, decoration, and enjoying the great outdoors.
