Day-of Coordination

Perfectly Planned, Professionally Coordinated 


Our Day-of Wedding Coordination service is perfect for those who have planned their wedding but need a professional to handle the logistics on the big day. From managing the timeline to coordinating vendors, we ensure every detail is covered so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. 


Starting at $1,300


What’s Included:

  • Pre-Wedding Meetings: Up to 3 meetings to finalize details and create a custom timeline.
  • Rehearsal Coordination: Up to 2 hours to prepare everyone for the big day.
  • Day-Of Management: Overseeing vendors, executing the timeline, and resolving any issues. 
  • Decor Setup: Arranging decor for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
  • Team Support: Includes one day-of assistant (additional assistants available for larger weddings).


Optional Add-Ons:

  • Cleanup Service: Starting at $300.
  • Extra Assistants: $175 per assistant (For weddings with over 65 guests, one assistant is required. Additional assistants may be recommended based on the specific details of your event and the responsibilities our team will be managing.)

Let us handle the setup so you can enjoy your day worry-free. Our Day-of Decorator Service is perfect for couples who have planned their décor but need a professional to bring their vision to life on the wedding day.


What's Included:

  • Setup & Execution: We arrange your pre-planned décor elements (flowers, tables, signage, etc.) to perfection.
  • Detail-Focused Setup: Whether it’s DIY decorations or vendor-provided items, we ensure every element is arranged exactly as you envisioned.


Important Notes:

  • Setup Only: This service does not include design planning or décor sourcing and styling. 
  • Post-Event Cleanup: This service is not included but available as an add-on for an additional fee.
