Our wedding help starts 10-12 weeks before your big day. We act as your single point of contact for your vendors, blending your vision with our expertise. We confirm all arrangements and prepare a detailed wedding day timeline and we are on-site for your wedding day.

This wedding service ensures everything runs smoothly, letting you relax and truly enjoy every moment of your celebration and all your wedding planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Rehearsal Coordination - We organize and lead the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone understands their roles and the ceremony flow. 
• Single Point of Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for the wedding party, vendors, and venue staff.
• Timeline Management: 

1. Creating the wedding day timeline, ensuring that all vendor and key personnel are aware of their roles and the scheduled events. 
2. Keeping the entire day on schedule, making adjustments as necessary, and communicating changes to relevant parties.
3. Manage the timing of entrances, toasts, speeches, and other key events. 

• Vendor Coordination: Liaising with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians to ensure they arrive on time and setup according to plan.
• Venue Setup: Overseeing the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, including seating arrangements, decor, and signage. 
• Decoration Placement: Setup place cards, signage, and any other personal items/decor.
• Bridal Party Assistance: Assisting the bridal party get ready, ensuring everyone is on schedule.
• Guest Management: Greeting and directing guests upon arrival, assisting with seating, and attending to any guests needs or questions.
• Ceremony Coordination: Coordinating the processional and recessional, cueing the music, and ensuring the ceremony runs smoothly. 
• Reception Management: Overseeing the flow of the reception, including introductions, toasts, meal service, and entertainment.
• Emergency Handling: 

1. Handling any unexpected issues or challenges that arise during the day, such as vendor delays or logistical problems.
2. Carrying an emergency kit with essential items for the wedding party, such as safety pins, stain remover and aspirin. 

• Gift and Personal Item Management: We gather and secure personal items, including gifts and cards, ensuring they are delivered to the designated location.
• Transportation Coordination: Overseeing transportation logistics for the wedding party and ensuring timely arrivals at the ceremony and reception locations. 
• Photo Session Management: Assisting the photographer with organizing group shots.
